This bungalow forms part of a Spanish finca set within stunning communal gardens with large swimming pool and BBQ and solarium. The communal area is shared between 14 bungalows/flats and is not open to the public. The bungalow is fully equipped for self catering holiday and includes washing machine and ironing facilities. There is one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, sleeping up to 3 people in total. There is a fully equipped American kitchen and a small rear garden and covered terrace at the front. The bungalow is situated in the Las Rotas area of Denia and is approx 150 m from miles of unspoilt coastline. Sandy beaches are also close by. There is a selection of seafront restaurants in Las Rotas and also everything that the town of Denia has to offer, including restaurants, bars, shopping and culture. Nightly rates are also available.
