CASA CIESA AL NUMERO 3

Our accommodations enjoy a wonderful position on a sunny hill at 450 m. asl, surrounded by chestnuts and thorntrees, in a nice secluded place at the edges of an old village near Bagni di Lucca, which is a lovely spa-town of the Lucca area at 25kms from Lucca, 55kms from Pisa and 85kms from Florence. We have at your disposal three holiday villa apartments and a separate cottage for a total occupancy of 17 people. Clearly the result of the talented design of the Italian architect Alberto Francini of Metrogramma, our accomodations leave no detail unattended. Exposed beams, original terracotta tiles pavements and typical Tuscan rural furniture are among examples together with all the features of a modern house. Still as it was 150 years ago, Casa Ciesa al numero 3 is the largest of three apartments. It is located at civic number 3, has three levels plus a basement, is about 140sm. in total and can accomodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace and a bright kitchen with balcony and views over the wonderful surrounding nature. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms. A garret on the top floor, with double bedroom and bath with shower. In the basement there is a bath with shower and a pretty cellar with sat-tv and couch. Outside, a large garden completely fenced (1000sm.), an exclusive backyard, equipped with garden furniture and a wood-burning oven below a loggia. Casa Ciesa al numero 3 is located in a nice secluded place at the edges of an old village of nowadays scarcely 100 hinabitants. A narrow road drivable with small cars crosses it. All cars are preferably to be parked on the village main square at a 150 mts. asphalted distance from our house, to be covered on foot.
