Casa Delfin

The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic with fantastic views across the valley to the mountains beyond. It is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday with the nearest beach only a short drive away. There are three safe, shallow sandy beached in Moraira. There is a large local supermarket and other shops just a short walk down the road and a 9 hole golf course two minutes away by car. You can also walk to variouis Bars, & Restaurants. The Villa is maintained personally by ourselves and has been completely repainted in a bright 'mediterranean style' and refurbished with new electrical fittings and fans, new beds, pine furniture, curtains and kitchen equipment. There are two bedrooms, one Super-King, and one twin , both with electric ceiling fans, dressing table and bed side tables, double wardrobes, and new wall lights. There are mosquito netts on all windows, and a hair dryer for your convenience. The Living/Dining room has a new Television, FTA/Satellite T.V. a DVD & Video player, with a CD/Radio Music Centre. We have recently installed Hot/Cold Air Conditioning to the Living/Dining & Kitchen areas (at a small extra cost). There is a gas fire (for those occasional chilly winter nights) new dimmer Up-lighters for a nice cosy effect, plus a large ceiling fan. There is a large `L` shaped Sofa and in the dining area, a typical wooden Spanish table with four chairs. The open plan 'American' kitchen has a Gas oven and hob, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, & toaster, plus a large ceiling fan. The washing machine is outside in a small casita. The bathroom has been refurbished with a new Shower, bath and bidet, together with new cabinets and a large well lit wall mirror. Outside, set in the typical Spanish garden, is a wonderful larger than average `kidney shaped` swimming pool, surrounded by extensive terracing, together with a pool-side shower. This is a quiet private area, surrounded by many trees, the perfect place to unwind and sunbathe. There is a BBQ area with a large table and 4 chairs, so you can make the most of those warm Spanish evenings and eat al-fresco. Or, if you are too hot you can sit with your glass of wine, in the comfortable chairs in the' Naya' (porch area) open the sun-blind, and look out over the valley and mountains, watching the beautiful sunsets every evening ! Casa Delfin has no steps and is wheelchair friendly. The only steps are in the garden area, above the swimming pool. Casa Delfin is a Non Smoking area. We would like everyone to respect this and we would ask smokers to use the garden area only and to be aware of the Fire hazards, especially as we have a Pine Wood next door.
