On the second floor there are two bedroom, one with two beds (one of them on a mezzanine floor) and another one with one single bed and a double bed on mezzanine floor. All the bedroom have the TV (local reception) There is a large parking and a very nice garden and vineyard. The location is really wonderful for visiting Western and central Tuscan towns: Pisa, Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, Carrara are within an hour, Viareggio, where is the beach, is 15 minutes, and the countryside and mountains are spectacular. A wonderful base for sightseeing, hiking, mountaineering, hourse riding (for details you can ask to the owner). Nearby there are supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Only 15 minutes to the beach. This old-fashioned house has been fully and recently modernised, with chestnut beams retaining the Tuscan local character. Only 40 minutes from Pisa airport (Ryanair, BA, and major carriers), 50 minutes from Florence airport, with excellent connections to major European cities. Also accessible from Milan (3.5hr). Car hire at all airports (e.g. Europcar, Budget, Hertz, Avis) with easy pick up and drop off at airport. - 15 mins easy access to house from A11/12 Viareggio Nord motorway exit.
