A few minutes drive away from the village of Saint Rémy de Provence, you enter the property through a large gate giving access to 2 separate villas. This recently built and tastefully decorated villa accommodates up to 10 people. The villa is set privately in its own garden within the estate, which is surrounded by old olive groves, hedges and scented trees and plants. It has four bedrooms, one on the ground floor, two upstairs, each with private shower rooms and lovely views of the hills from the upstairs rooms. The two double and two twin rooms have been individually decorated in a Provencal style and the whole house is air-conditioned. The salon is comfortably finished and has a fireplace, a large, satellite television screen, DVD and hi-fi. The kitchen is typically Provencal and well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher and opens onto a covered terrace, where there is a barbecue, table and chairs. There is also laundry room with a washing machine. There is a swimming pool in a lovely, shady setting, which has a security alarm and long chairs and garden furniture scattered under the trees. Outside lights softly illuminate the whole property in the evenings and there is a double parking in the garage.
