The house is on two levels with marble floors in every room, air conditioning, heating and electric ceiling fans. On the ground floor is a luxury, fully equipped for 12 people, fitted kitchen with cooker/fridge-freezer/dishwasher/microwave and table and chairs for 6 people. From the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area and access to the garden. The lounge has a dining area for 8 people and has ample seating including a comfortable sofa bed. TV/DVD/Sky satellite/CD player. French doors from the lounge lead to an extensive private walled patio area with a shaded area and garden with BBQ, wooden table and chairs. The garden is south facing and has views of the communal pool and communal gardens; a gate leads from the garden to the pool. There is a shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor is a double bedroom with a king size bed, dressing room, ensuite bathroom & a large balcony with table and chairs. Also on the first floor is a shower room, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. Stairs lead from the first floor to an extensive roof terrace with 360 degree views of the sea and mountains. There is another BBQ, table and chairs and sun loungers and a shaded area. All linen and towels provided including beach towels.
