The Villa is conveniently close for the theme parks, Disney World being just a 15 minute drive away, and just 2 minutes drive to the 192 highway, with all it's many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Convenient for all major theme parks, world class golf courses and highways, as well as a short drive to supermarkets (Publix and Wal-Mart 2 minutes away), shopping, pharmacy and medical clinics. Ideal for all Golf enthusiasts as there are 62 golf courses within a 20 mile radius of our home!! ***The Villa*** The property is luxuriously furnished and well equipped. With 5 bedrooms - including 2 master suites, one of which has it's own private courtyard, separate living with cable TV and dining rooms. The kitchen has it's own breakfast bar and is well equipped, including cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and all utensils. The master suite on the ground floor has the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom containing both a bath and a walk in shower. It also has access to a private courtyard, where you can enjoy breakfast al fresco, or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. There is a second master suite on the first floor, also containing an ensuite bathroom. There are a further 3 bedrooms, each with twin single beds. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The patio and pool area is fully screened to keep insects out, but let the sun in, allowing you to relax and sunbathe! There is a 13x26ft pool as well as a spa/jacuzzi for your enjoyment, Poolside chairs, sunloungers and tables are also provided.
