Casa 10-11 Country house

Casa 10-11 has been lovingly restored from a bakery, bodega and shoe factory into a traditional Spanish country house that now offers bed and breakfast or villa rental for groups from 2 to 15 persons in the east and west wings of the house or the self contained casita. Retaining many of the original features, the house has been individually decorated with themed rooms, hand painted floors and stencilled walls to create a delightful 'shabby chic' ambience. Nestled in a rural village amidst vineyards, orchards and olive groves, the house is surrounded by natural beauty and is perfect for those who wish to experience an authentic taste of real Spain away from the overcrowded coastline. But there is plenty to do if you don't fancy relaxing by the pool or exploring the countryside, Alicante, and Benidorm are only a 45-55 minute journey away. Horse riding, quad biking or other adventure activities can be arranged. The nearby towns of Pinoso, Jumilla, Yecla and Elda have many shops, bars and restaurants where you can sample the local delicacies and of course we are situated in the most important wine producing regions of Southern Spain from where the excellent locally produced wines are exported all over the world. The west wing accommodation (for up to 6 persons) has a private entrance from the patio courtyard into the kitchen/dining area with open fire. Upstairs, there is a double en-suite bedroom and a huge master suite that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children sharing the bathroom and toilet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and bed settee suitable for babies and young children. French windows along one wall lead to a private sun terrace overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside and wrought iron security doors with mosquito netting allow them to be left open all day and evening in the summer, giving light and coolness to the room. The bathroom has large bath and a double sized shower with separate toilet and bidet. Guests have access to the garden wth pool, jacuzzi, bbqs etc and the house has a bar and function room with regular activities such as line dancing, poker and games evenings etc. There is a beauty room on site offering facials, massage, waxing etc. Parties and celebrations can be catered for in the function room so if you have any special anniversaries coming up then why not celebrate them at Casa 10-11.
